Mr. Rexha graduated from Golden Gate University with an MBA degree in Project Management with high academic standing.

During his studies, he worked with the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a teaching assistant for the chapter’s new training program, coordinated several internal PMI San Francisco chapter projects, and organized different workshops, events and seminars.  The PMI chose Mr. Rexha to represent San Francisco as part of a delegation of “Next Generation Leaders” at the Western regional Project Management Institute conference. Simultaneously, he was engaged in a variety of clubs such as Marketing, Investment and Project Management Club.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Management, Media & Graphic Communication, and International Relations.  Prior to coming to the United States, Kadri was engaged in the real estate business as he is the Founder of ADOKA Real Estate. By doing business mostly with internationals, ADOKA Real Estate has become one of the most prestigious real estate companies in Kosovo. Kadri worked for the Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG) in cooperation with Advocacy Training & the Resource Center (ATRC) in Prishtina. He maintained public associations with the Justice and the People project and promoted other PIPLG advocacy programs. He has done a lot of community service work through different projects in post war conflict resolution in Kosovo, global warming awarnes raising, and several art exhibitions.

Based on the skills and the network he acquired during his studies in the US, he wishes to be a mentor to the young generations, as a consultant to startup businesses, and to work with various projects to enhance the economic trend by investing in construction, tourism, technology, and in production.
