Donjetë Murati is an MA graduate in Sociology, The New School, in New York.
Currently, working as a Researcher and Program Coordinator with Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina. She has worked with various positions on the exhibition program of Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina, as well as research projects in Kosovo, by conducting analysis on civil society, arts and culture, gender and clientelism. In attempt to acquire insights on relations on perpetual flux, and recognizing the continua in between state, policy on the one hand, whereas meaning-making and social interaction, on the other. Her research interest lies in spheres where some widely recognized and expected breaks tend to occur as well as recognizing patterns, specifically through arts, gender, and discourse analysis.
