Filloreta Jusufi holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Prishtina. Her three years of work experience were mainly focused in software development where she worked in the private and public sector in positions of Database Developer/Administrator, Web Developer, Software Developer and later on was promoted to Office Assistant Manager. She enjoyed working in Development field, however, she wanted to achieve the next level of her career by managing engineering projects rather than being in the first line of production and developing. Filloreta recently earned her master degree in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College. The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) is a professional degree program offered by Thayer School of Engineering in conjunction with Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. During her time in the United States, Filloreta also worked as a Business Analyst at Bose Corporation, within their Professional Systems Division which is focused on developing innovative loudspeakers, electronics and software to meet the demand of professional applications. She was fully responsible for developing a new decision-making tool for investment in products, which was aligned with division and corporation goals and strategies. After returning to Kosovo, she hopes to contribute with her technical and business knowledge in preparing different policies and projects for necessary technology reforms for the government, and private sector.
