Ms.Fazliu is experienced in working with different organizations and populations: mentally challenged youth, migrants and other diverse populations of students, visually impaired students and female students of remote villages; different student communities and groups engaged in various platforms. Her work positions include Project Leader, Consultant, Career Counselor, Research Assistant, Independent Researcher and Project Coordinator.
She was awarded with two major merit-based scholarships; the DAAD Professional Scholarship and the USAID Transformational Leadership Program Scholarship for Graduate Studies in USA, and recognized be UNICEF for catalyzing social change with her project. She also is an active member of professional and alumni organizations such as American Psychological Association; Citizen Corps, Kosovo United States Alumni and Swedish Institute.
Elaboration of Ms.Fazliu Volunteer Contribution, as a TLP Volunteer

1. The TLP CC Volunteer donated and provided volunteer services to Heimerer College in the capacity of Coordinator included the following (but not limited to):
a. Conducted research and analysis on priority areas for international cooperation
b. Contributed to the writing/development of (international) project-proposals
c. Coordinated implementation of activities of the ongoing (international) projects
d. Proposed/Initiated new ideas international for projects based on the successful models at international institutions
e. Coordinated communication with (international) partners
f. Coordinated/Provides logistical support including scheduling, invitations, arranging locations, arranging transportations
g. Draft/edited agendas, ToR, reports etc.
1. Administrative-Coordination duties: - updating the existing files and creating new databases with the relevant info about; Donors; Supporters; Partners and Potential Partners; Data sources for open calls; info on open calls - all serving the purpose of communication and coordination on International Cooperation;
Searching & identifying open calls - summarizing, translating and communicating them via emails and Projects; Participating and reporting on the SOCRE Project online Seminar; - Preparing communications with potential partners; - Translating or/and reviewing translations of internal and external documents.
2. Completed 6 Senior Expert Requests and Applied, on behalf of the institution, for their engagement in free capacity building. Requests were accepted, and as result, free trainings were provided by the Senior Experts in : 1. Project Development; 2. Project Budgeting; 3. Erasmus+ Project Writing; 4. Records Management; 5. Teaching Methods; 6. Assessment and Evaluation Methods.
3. 1 external consultancy: applied (and won) on behalf of the Institution a Consultancy work for Save the Children; the process went from analyzing the open call, writing the Interest letter, filling out the application with all the necessary documents. Consultancy work included meeting with the respective staff of Save the Children to discuss our work plan and their expectations, whist the work-plan included two focus-groups in Ferizaj and Gjakova (HendiKOS centers), analyzing the topics, problems, themes derived from these focus groups and addressing them in three child and adult friendly brochures in order to increase the awareness about the rights and needs of children with disabilities, as well as inform about the services provided by the HendiKOS centers in those two cities. The product of Consultancy: a summary report with recommendations and 6 brochures, which brought 1,010 euro value to the Institution.
